International Circulation: I’d like to know we have some updates on the guidelines being talked about and discussed here at the meeting. First of all what are some perhaps some new content what is being updated and your view on that. Prof. Staesson: There has been an update of the guidelines here at the meeting but basically what has been done has been a confirmation of the previous guidelines that was published in 2007. I think one important concept of these guidelines is that we do not treat hypertension as an isolated risk factor but really go for risk assessment in all patients and we try to treat absolute risk. So it is more than treating hypertension or high blood pressure， we evaluate the risk in the patients and we try to have multiple risk factor interventions so the old idea of just treating hypertension is gone. We are treating risk.
